About Klubb Kanin
Klubb Kanin is a supersonic meta mill for the avantgarde and post-avantgardistic currents in Trondheim’s cultural underground. With a main focus on the audial as well as on integrated audiovisual expressions, KK regularly organize concert evenings where both local and international artists get a chance to present their work. Klubb Kanin’s attitude is that the unestablished and works in progress are just as interesting as the thouroughly prepared and completed, if not even more so, and thus an unique atmosphere for both artists and audience alike are created.
You have never seen KAos this organised.
You have never seen KAos disorganized.
Klubb Kanin has served as the launchpad for several well-established artists in the past, as well as being the only club concept in Trondheim with room for unknown and obscure artists working in the more experimental and uncommercial fields of sound and music.
Klubb Kanin has a long tradition in Trondheim. Ever since 1997 concerts and mini festivals have been disorganised, more or less regularly, in its name. Several persons have been involved in carrying the torch through the years and through various venues, all of them connected to the mysterious Origami Republika network – a sort of non-local, open secret society / leisure time club for strange personalities of different sorts, most of them with an artistic disposition.
The local Klubb Kanin forces and TEKS established in 2009 an agreement where TEKS took on the financial responsibility for most of the arrangments ahead. Long live TEKS!
Klubb Kanin celebrates it’s 15th Anniversary this year, and it’s still not over. We will celebrate you and ourselves by putting on a series of concerts/performances/

This is not the place to find out.
Squirt.
